1- Can these stickers be affixed to any surface?

The stickers can be affixed to any smooth surface (doors, painted walls, wood, ceilings, mirrors, floors, windows, tiles, furniture, appliances, etc).
For optimal results, it is important to check the age and quality of your paint.
Your substrate or surface should be clean, dry, in good condition, smooth and free of dust or residues. It should also be far enough away from humidity or intense heat (radiators, wood-burning stoves, heaters, chimneys, etc): these might damage the stickers.
We recommend applying the stickers on satin or lacquer paints.
Be sure to clean and dry glass surfaces thoroughly before affixing your stickers to them.
Your wall decorations are designed to be exhibited under ambient conditions where temperatures range from 5 to 35°C.
They are made with a matt vinyl substrate and will last for about 5 years indoors and 3 years outdoors.
Our wall decorations do not leave marks on walls.
Marks may appear after a long period of use (natural wear) or on walls and painted surfaces of substandard quality.
Decorations in their own right, they can be adapted to the size and texture of unique and customised scenographic arrangements (living spaces, restaurants, windows, décors, boutiques, signing, vehicles, events, etc).
We also offer durable, weather-resistant self-adhesive labels for exterior use.

2- How do I order one of your stickers?

To help you gauge the actual scale of the designs better, each model is shown alongside a person or a piece of furniture.
Before placing your order, feel free to navigate through the various collections and specific themes that interest you, select a model presented in the simulation, visualise it in different colours using the refinement tool, and zoom in or out for a better view.
Once you have made your selection, confirm the colour in the scrolling menu (range/colour), the orientation (left-to-right or right-to-left) if applicable for the model selected, and the quantity. Then confirm your selection by clicking on “Add to Shopping Cart”, and finally click on "View Order” to access your shopping cart.
When registering your order by clicking on the “Process Order” icon, you have previously acknowledged and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale without reservation, and you have also verified the name, colour, orientation, quantity, price, format and total amount due for the items you have ordered.
The system then takes you to the "Panier / Basket" page, which summarises once again all of the items you have selected.
Your can delete specific items that appear in your shopping basket or select additional ones.
You can also cancel the process and return to your shopping basket, in which case your order will not have been confirmed.

If you agree to the total amount due for the order as shown, comprising the price of the products (models, colours, formats) and the delivery charges, the system directs you to the secure payment transfer service, Paypal.
Worldwide leader in online payment services, Paypal acts as a reliable intermediary providing the easiest, fastest and most secure payment solution on the Internet.
You can pay either by credit card or with your Paypal account, if you have one.
In this way, all banking information and data are transmitted securely by Paypal, and Les-motifs.com has no access to your bank details.
The confirmation and processing of your order is carried out online on the secure Paypal site, which transmits the confirmation and the validation of payment of your order to us by e-mail.

Once the payment has been validated, we send you a confirmation of acceptance by e-mail along with the contractual details of your order. In particular, these data include the details of the products ordered, the total amount including shipping charges, and the confirmation of the shipping address and the expected delivery date. This information will be sent to the e-mail address that you indicated to us with your order.
Once your payment has been received, we will send out your order within 15 days via the French postal service’s “Colissimo” registered delivery with counter-signature.

3- And what about the delivery?

After confirmation and payment of your order, all of the items you ordered will be sent out within 15 days via the postal service.
For France and the French overseas territories, we have selected Colissimo registered delivery with counter-signature.
For other destinations we suggest using Colissimo International with counter-signature.
Your order will be hand delivered directly to the address indicated on the relevant order form, and during the standard delivery hours of the postal service, against a valid counter-signature as proof of receipt of your order.
In case of absence, the mail carrier will leave a notice requesting you to pick up your registered mail at your local post office.
We will take all necessary measures to meet the delivery timing listed on this website.
